Terms of Use

The rules that govern the use of the Ninji Wallet website and desktop application.

Effective date: 28 October 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ninji Wallet website and the Ninji Wallet desktop application (together, the "Service"), operated by the Ninji team. By using the website or, once available, installing and using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About Ninji Wallet

Ninji Wallet is a self-custody desktop wallet for the Injective ecosystem, planned for Windows, macOS and Linux. It is distributed as a standalone desktop application, not a browser extension.

  • Non-custodial: private keys and recovery phrases are generated and stored locally on your computer. The Ninji team never holds your keys and cannot access, move or recover your funds.
  • Independent: Ninji Wallet is a third-party product built for the Injective ecosystem. It is not an official product of Injective Labs.
  • Evolving product: the desktop application is actively developed. Features described on the website and in the documentation may change between versions.

3. Your responsibility for your assets

Because Ninji Wallet is self-custody, you are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys and your recovery phrase.

  • Back up your recovery phrase offline and keep it secure. Anyone who obtains it can control your assets.
  • We cannot recover a lost recovery phrase, reset your password or reverse a transaction confirmed on the blockchain.
  • Verify every recipient address before confirming a transaction. Blockchain transactions are final.
Never share your recovery phrase with anyone, including people claiming to be part of the Ninji team. The team will never ask for it by email, chat or support ticket.

4. No financial or investment advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Ninji Wallet is a tool for interacting with the Injective blockchain; it does not recommend any asset, validator, strategy or transaction. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional where needed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
  • to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure or its security mechanisms;
  • to distribute malware, or to impersonate Ninji Wallet or the Ninji team;
  • to copy or republish the Service's content, name or branding without permission.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as is. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including pre-release downloads and features. Updates to the application may be required for it to keep working correctly with the Injective network.

7. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure against all attacks.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Ninji team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, assets, profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Intellectual property

The Ninji Wallet name, logo, website design, documentation and application code are the property of the Ninji team or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open source components remain subject to their own licenses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
